Before joining the Change Your Body - Change Your Life program, I was extremely over weight, my knees and legs hurt and I could not walk very far. I was a couch potato, lacked energy and would nap for 2 - 3 hours every afternoon.
I have been down this road many times before, but it always was a starvation and depravation diet.
This new lifestyle has shown me the way I can live my life in a healthy way and most importantly a sustainable way. I have discovered foods and ways to cook foods that I never would have tried before.
It really has been a change your body - change your life experience.
I also got indigestion a fair amount and in general just didn’t feel great.
I admit that I was concerned about how much effort was going to be involved in the program and I didn’t want to spend more money on yet another program that doesn’t work.
Thank goodness I didn’t listen to those fears. I am now losing weight at a consistent pace- so far over 110 lbs lost at the time the ‘after’ photo was taken. And it’s still coming off… Also, my indigestion is long gone and my energy level is increased dramatically.”

Live virtual meetings every 2 weeks that include a coaching session, followed by an open Q&A period where you can ask me whatever questions you need to help you be successful.
The meetings are delivered via virtual video conferencing that everyone can easily access on their computer or phone. Just a simple click gets you there - no high-tech ability required. (Trust me, I am NOT a techie so it’s gotta be simple). This makes it extremely accessible for everyone, yet you can still see and interact with me and the group just as we would if were together in person.
Each meeting will be recorded so those that are unable to make it live can access the information at your convenience and review as often as you’d like.
And, one of the most valuable parts: lifetime membership in a private Facebook group for you to get support and accountability from me and everyone in the group. Here you can ask your questions between meetings, post your challenges to receive support, celebrate your successes, share resources like recipes and exercises, and so on… It’s amazing how much better things are when you don’t feel alone.

Fair question! The concept of taking an integrated approach to health has been respected for centuries, but the ability to actually combine the key elements into a program that fits into real life is harder to find. Plus most programs are still based on the wrong information that not only doesn’t work but can make matters worse.
After years of suffering from my own health issues (read my full story here), I finally found relief through functional medicine and committed myself to helping others find relief too.
I hold a BScPharm, as well as an APA - Additional Prescribing Authority granted by the Alberta College of Pharmacists, FMP - Functional Medicine Practitioner which entails an additional year of study in functional medicine, and am a BHRT - Bioidentical Hormonal Replacement Therapist.
My 23 years as a pharmacist and specialization in functional medicine with a focus on diet and lifestyle, make me one of the only accredited professional in this space in the city of Edmonton.
